Privacy Policy

How Frame Zero handles data used in the workspace.

This policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use Frame Zero at frame-zero.dev, how that information is used to operate the product, and what choices you have.

Effective date: April 13, 2026 Applies to: frame-zero.dev

1. Information Frame Zero may process

Frame Zero is an operator workspace for running AI-assisted research and execution flows. Depending on how you use the product, the service may process the information below.

  • Workspace inputs. This includes frame names, prompts, messages, task actions, feedback sent to agents, and other text you intentionally submit through the interface.
  • Generated outputs. The product may store or render artifacts, reports, summaries, status snapshots, and related metadata created while the workspace is running.
  • Technical and usage data. Requests, timestamps, runtime events, browser type, device-level information, and error details may be processed to operate, secure, and debug the service.
  • Browser storage. Frame Zero uses browser local storage to keep workspace state, saved frames, and some UI preferences on your device.
  • Third-party source data. When the product is used to inspect external sources such as GitHub or Reddit, results from those services may be fetched and processed inside the workspace.

2. How information is used

  • To run workspace actions, generate AI responses, and return results inside the product.
  • To persist local workspace state in your browser so the interface can restore frames and layout settings.
  • To monitor reliability, investigate failures, prevent misuse, and improve the quality of the service.
  • To fulfill requests you trigger that depend on third-party content or model providers.

3. AI and infrastructure providers

Frame Zero relies on service providers to operate key parts of the product. Based on the current implementation, submitted content may be processed by providers such as OpenAI for model inference and Vercel for hosting and serverless execution. External data requests may also involve upstream platforms such as GitHub or Reddit when those workflows are used.

Do not submit secrets, payment card details, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information unless you are certain the deployment is intended to handle that category of data.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Information may be disclosed to service providers that help run the product, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the service and its users, or in connection with a business transfer. Frame Zero is not intended to sell personal information.

5. Retention

Browser local storage remains on your device until you clear it. Server-side request data, generated artifacts, and operational logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, secure the platform, and satisfy legal obligations.

6. Your choices

  • You can clear browser local storage through your browser settings to remove locally saved workspace state.
  • You can stop using the service at any time.
  • You should avoid submitting information you do not want processed by AI or infrastructure providers used by the deployment.

7. Children's privacy

Frame Zero is not directed to children under 13, and the service should not be used to knowingly submit personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. When the policy changes, the effective date on this page will be updated to reflect the latest version.

9. Contact

Privacy questions should be directed to the operator or maintainer of the Frame Zero deployment through the contact method or repository channel published with the service.
